Join us for two weeks of designing, tinkering, and making with Mr. Ephran!

Each day will include lessons on the week’s topics followed by open lab time. During open lab time students can make what they want using equipment and materials from the maker closet, including: sewing machines, fabric, Perler beads, 3D printers, vinyl sticker cutters, an embroidery machine, art supplies, electrical components, computers for coding and 3D design, and bins full of assorted materials.

• Week 1 (Aug 3 – 7): Tech Week! – 3D Design, 3D Printing, & Circuitry
• Week 2 (Aug 10 – 14): Fiber and Arts Week! – Sewing, Embroidery, & Sticker Making

Camp runs from Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm. 

Maker Camp is open to rising 4th – 9th graders regardless of whether they attend Chicago Free School during the school year.

Join us for an exciting Family Engagement & STEAM Night on Thursday, April 16th from 4:30 – 6pm in the Social Hall!

This event is packed with fun, hands-on activities that celebrate the power of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. It’s a perfect opportunity for students and families to come together, explore, and learn in a creative and interactive environment!
