Chicago Free School could not exist without the support of generous individuals who share our vision of student-driven education, without barriers, for all children. Thank you to our friends, family, and neighbors who have helped make our school possible!

The Chicago Free School is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible.

Ways to Give

One-Time or Monthly Online Donation

It’s easier than ever to make a tax-deductible donation online using your bank account or any major credit card. We will send a thank-you letter to the address you list in PayPal, which also serves as a receipt for your tax records. You do not need a PayPal account in order to donate.

By Check

Donating by check allows your full donation to go to our school programs, rather than to processing fees. Checks may be made out to Chicago Free School and sent to the following address:

1100 E. Hyde Park Blvd.
Inside K.A.M.I.I. Synagogue, upstairs
Chicago, Illinois 60615

Many banks will mail a check for you at no cost. Consider setting up a monthly donation by check in your online banking account to maximize convenience and minimize processing fees.
